How long does it take to receive my order?

We’ll always try to ship your order as soon as we receive it. Here are our estimates for how long delivery will take:

• Delivery to Bangkok and Greater Bangkok: 1 – 3 business days
• Delivery Upcountry: 1 – 4 business days
• Please note that during public holidays, delivery may be delayed by an additional 2-3 business days

How much will shipping cost?

We charge 40 THB for orders within Thailand, and delivery within Thailand is free on orders of 2,000 THB or more. Subscribe & save deliveries cost 40 THB a month while the monthly order is under 2,000 THB, and are free from 2,000 THB. Shipping costs for international orders will vary from order to order. Get in touch with us to obtain an estimate before placing your order.

How can I track my order?

We email you the tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse. You can also follow it on our Track your order page with your order number and email address.
