Health had lost the plot
We'd both had bad experiences with unnatural foods and habits, and it was clear something wasn't right with the way health was being done. Nutrition and supplements felt over-processed, artificial and confusing. Most were stuffed with chemical sweeteners and fillers nobody needed, and 'being healthy' meant diet pills and detox teas. No thanks.
So we made it our mission to show that it's possible – even necessary – to look after your health and happiness while being mindful of the planet. Heyday is real, responsible nutrition: honest about what goes in, and good enough that you'll actually look forward to it.
